Demetre H. Chiparus (1886-1947), Little Clown, 1920's, patinated bronze on a stepped white onyx base, signed at the back on the bronze, height with base 22 cm, diameter base 8,5 cm, height without base 19 cm. Patination used and rubbed, the base with two larger chips at the base rim and some small defects. Overall a good period piece and a typical Chiparus of the children's series.Period 1920-1940
