Philippe Wolfers Samovar Claes

Philippe Wolfers for Wolfers Freres, an extremely rare silver and wood electrified art deco samovar 'Claes', probably designed in december 1927, this piece executed before 1935. Marked on the bottom of the piece on the inside with makers mark and alloy 800 (/1000) and with model number BJ  10, dim. 21 x 28 x 25 cm.The coffee and tea service of model Claes (without the samovar) belongs to the collection of the Royal Museums of Art and History in Brussels. In good condition. Up to this date it, is the only samovar of this model known to us.
