Thierry Van Rijswijck or Van Ryswyck (Antwerpen 1911 - Vallauris 1958), a lion, resting, glazed terracotta, signed by the artist on the inside and with edition mark 'Thiery Van Ryswyck & H. Van Zeebroeck St Mariaburg' also at the inside, length 45 cm, height 16,5 cm, a restoration to the glaze at one of the front paws, but otherwise in good condition.
