Panamarenko (Henri Van Herwegen) (1940 - 2019), a rare poster for 'Electric Piewan', 1976. Dimensions 45 x 54 cm. Signed and dated by the artist top left 'Panamarenko 76', justification 'A.P. I/XV'. This was the poster made to announce the 1976 Panamarenko exhibition at the Ghent Museum of Contemporary Art. The artwork Delta plane P-1 or 'Piewan' was the very first work by Panamarenko to be bought by the Ghent Museum of Contemporary Art in 1975, by former museum director Jan Hoet.
