Mechelen silver fork 1727

Mechelen unidentified silversmith, an early 18th century silver fork of the so-called dog-nose form, 18th century, dated with a crowned 'Y' date lettre possibly for 1727-1728, makers mark difficult to read, with owners initials and engraved 'college' number, lenght fork 17,5 cm. In used but good condition.
