A carved decorative wooden pricket candlestick, 18th century, in the Transition style, most probably by a Flemish (Brabant) workshop, with remnants of the original paint at the bottom of the base, height 69 cm, width base approx. 17 cm. The candlestick slightly oblique, some small damages to the carving as is usually the case, but with the original wooden pricket. The bun feet probably replaced in the 19th century.
