Carl De Cock (1879-1965), a patinated plaster bust of a laughing woman, a rare sculpture by an important and influential but often overlooked artist from St-Martens-Latem, height 53 cm, width 25,5 cm, signed on the side. A small defect to the base, but otherwise in good condition. Provenance: the family of the artist
