Frederic De Smet woman with cat

Frédéric De Smet (1876-1948), a very rare and highly detailed plaster cast of a fine-de-siècle lady holding her cat, unsigned, probably from the Parisian period of the sculptor/painter when he worked in the Rodin workshop between 1907-1909, provenance: family of the artist. The plaster repatinated and with some restorations, possibly to one of the arms and the cat. Height 38 cm, length 45 cm, width 32 cm.
