Placcart en forme d'Edit perpetuel donnant permission aux nobles de negotier en gros, tant par la Mer, que par Terre, sans deroger à l'Etat de Noblesse, Bruxelles, George Fricx, 1736. A decreet stating that men of title can do business, without loosing their status (after asking permission), 9 pages with woodcut initial. The document in very worn condition with folds, tears, stains etc.
