Jacob Jacobs watercolour of a river view

Jacob Jacobs (1812-1879), an early watercolour of a city near the estuary of a river, possibly in Northern France (?), 20 x 28,5 cm, signed 'Jacob Jacobs Ft' and indistictly dated 1836 or 1832 (?) bottom left. As usual the paper slightly browned and some spots, the watercolour glued to the gard paper. In a modern frame, dimensions with frame 39 x 47,5 cm. Some minor damage to the edges of the frame.
