Maurice Maeterlinck (1862-1949) and Charles Doudelet (1861-1938), 'Douze Chansons de Maurice Maeterlinck illustrées par Charles Doudelet', edited by P.-V. Stock, Paris and printed in Ghent by Louis Van Melle, one of the 600 copies on 'papier Ingres'. Dimensions with cover 24,5 x 32 cm. This book is considered as one of the most important symbolist book realisations and one of the most beautiful of the Maeterlinck illustrated books.
