Edgard Gevaert (1891-1965), drawing on paper representing a shepherd with children and lambs, in the neoclassical style typical of the 1930s, signed and dated 1934 bottom right, 42 x 32 (day measure), dimensions with frame 55 x 45,5 cm, behind glass in a later frame, some browning of the paper and some foxing visible, paper slightly damaged vertically to the right, above 2 small paler areas visible, illustrated in the 1975 book on the artist on page 95. Unexamined out of frame.
