A pair of blue and white text plates (or talking plates), from a larger series, these plates bearing the numbers 3 and 9, the text of 9 about moderation and number 3 a small prayer before meals, both of 'pannekoek' shape and in good condition with minor glaze chips as usual, most probably late 18th century, diameter 22,5 cm.
