Delheid Frères (Brussels), a good quality silver L XV style canteen for 12 persons (model number 22), comprising 12 large forks (l. 21 cm), 12 soup spoons (l. 21 cm), 12 large knives (l. 25 cm), 12 starter forks (l. 18 cm), 12 starter spoons (l. 18,5 cm), 12 starter knives (l. 20,5 cm), 12 fish forks (l.17 cm), 12 fish knives (l. 21 cm), 12 lobster forks (l. 19,5 cm), 12 oyster forks (l. 13 cm), 12 ice cream spoons (l. 13,5 cm), 12 coffee spoons (l. 14,5 cm), 12 tea spoons (l. 11,8 cm), 12 cake forks (l. 14,7 cm) and 19 serving pieces: 1 soup ladle (l. 33 cm), 2 sauce ladles (l. 18,5 cm), 1 asparagus server (23 x 10 cm), 1 sugar sifter (l. 17,5 cm), 1 cake server (27,5 cm), 1 ice server spoon (l. 22,5 cm), 1 ice or cake knife (l. 27,5 cm), 2 salad servers (l. 25 cm), 2 pairs of vegetable serving forks and spoons (l. 26 cm (fork) and l. 25 cm (spoon)), 1 sugartongs (l. 11 cm), 1 fish serving fork (l. 23 cm) and fish serving knife (l. 29 cm), 1 potato spoon (l. 23 cm) and 1 compotte spoon (l. 22 cm) . In total 187 pieces. All pieces marked with makers mark and alloy mark, some marked with alloy mark for  800/1000, some marked with alloy mark for 835/1000. All in very good condition, the knives with original Delheid blades, this set executed in the 1930's and 1940's.
