Folk Art: Christ on the cross, in the genre of the 'Images d'Epinal' but possibly printed for the Belgian market at Tournai (?), end of the 19th century,38,5 x 28,5 cm. Unexamined out of frame. These types of folk art prints were collected by the Nabis, symbolist and expressionist artists during the end of the 19th and first half of the 20th century. Possibly a woodcut print, with hand colouring.
