Georgette Meunier (1859-1951), a bouquet of flowers and an exotic bird, oil on canvas, 125,5 x 75 cm, signed bottom right. In an old (the original?) frame by Liège frame maker Soiron-Missoten, dimensions with frame 138 x 86 cm (some restoration to the frame). A typical painting of this female painter specialised in painting flowers and birds. Georgette was a niece of Constantin Meunier and trained with o.a. Alfred Stevens.
