Sir Frank Short (1857-1945), The new moon, aquatint, 1918, signed in pencil bottom right, with label with the original title at the back. Possibly an exhibition piece, 29,5 x 43 cm (day measure), dimensions with the original frame 51 x 64 cm. Catalogue Raisonné of the artist Hardie p. 163. The work of this artist belongs to the collections of important museums: the Art institute Chicago, Tate, V&A and British Museum, London, Metropolitan Museum New York, etc.
