Alphonse Debain (successeur?) a rare proto art deco silver service 1910-1920's (?)
Alphonse Debain (Paris), or his successor, a very rare proto art deco service in silver and wood, probably made between 1910-1925, all pieces markes with Debain's makers mark and alloy mark for 950/1000 on the bottom of the base. Height coffee pot 22,5 cm, width 20 cm (spout to handle), height tea pot 14,5 cm, width 21 cm (spout to handle), height milk jug 10,5 cm, width 10 cm, height sugar bowl 12 cm, width 15,5 cm, dimensions of the original tray 37,5 x 46 cm. A small crack into the wood of the tray at one of the handles, length 8 cm; otherwise in used but very good condition.
