Clémence or Clementine Jonnaert (1856 - 1941), Hydrangeas and oranges, oil on canvas, signed top right, 65 x 60 cm (canvas), 76 x 71 cm with original Leclercq frame. Jonnaert was a female painter who was working and living in Sint-Martens-Latem. She was one of the most expressive flower painters of her generation. Provenance: family of the artist.
