Clémence or Clementine Jonnaert (1856 - 1941), Rhododendrons in white and purple, oil on canvas, signed bottom left, 45 x 45 cm (canvas), 52 x 52 cm with frame. Jonnaert was a female painter who was working and living in Sint-Martens-Latem. She was one of the most expressive flower painters of her generation. Provenance: family of the artist.
