Unknown maker from Gent (Van Bosterhaudt?), a silver Charles X sugar bowl, height 14,5 cm, width 18,5 cm (from handle to handle), marked with alloy mark for 833/1000 and Etranger-Récense mark on the standing rim (and lid) and with Assay office mark on the rim of the lid. Made under Dutch reign between 1815-1832. No makers mark visible, in good but used condition, a small dent to the lid rim. the bowl of good heavy quality.
