Arlette Roux (active in Juan-les-Pins, France), a large dish with birds sitting on branches, glazed ceramic, diameter 30,5 cm. A small chip to the border of about 7 mm, a minor glaze fritting at the side, some minute frittings on the border due to the material used, age and handling. Signed and dated 1954 at the back. A very decorative dish by this artist who by repute once worked together with Marc Chagall.
