Clémence or Clementine Jonnaert (1856 - 1941), Pink flowers and oranges, oil on canvas, signed bottom left, 36 x 35,5 cm (canvas), 42,5 x 42 cm with original but slightly restored frame. An interesting work by this female painter who was working and living in Sint-Martens-Latem. Jonnaert was one of the most expressive flower painters of her generation. Provenance: family of the artist.
