Christ on the cold stone in polychromed wood
Christ on the cold stone (le Christ aux liens), a polychrome wooden statue, possibly flemish, 18th century or older, the Christ figure in fruitwood, the left foot restored, total height 67 cm, width 31 cm, depth 33 cm, the base renewed probably around 1900. Alterations and restorations due to age and use, common to this type of sculpture.
