A rare Lemaire et De Vernisy (Brussels), silver asparagus tongs (Pince à Asperges) in neo L XVth style, model number 8 according to the firms trad catalogue and apparently made to order, possibly in the late 1940's, lenght 23,5 cm, width 6,7 cm, marked on the top end with makers mark and alloy mark for 800/1000. In good condition.
