Omer Coppens (1864-1926), a view of Nieuwpoort in 1914, before the partial destruction of the city during WW I, oil on panel, signed bottom right (annotation partialy obscured by the frame), 25,5 x 33 cm, dimensions with original but battered frame 45,5 x 53 cm. The panel seems to be enlarged (probably by the artist) to fit the frame, some restaurations.
